Until recently, Mojohito has been working and living at rural mystery school and healing arts academy Heartwood Institute as faculty in the Asian Healing Arts and Whole Foods Nutrition program along with his wife and partner Heatherlee, who taught Human Sciences. Since Heartwood’s permanent closure in early 2009, they have moved to Yankee Hill, California where they are participating in holistic homesteading at TurkeyTail Farm. When not deep in meditation or radicalizing learners, they are working on ecologically-focused building and agriculture projects, studying Yoga and Herbs.
Not a person to settle on a single interest, Mojohito also brews kombucha tea for the Heartwood community, builds and maintains websites for service and sustainability based individuals and organizations, and is participating in founding TurkeyTail Farm by consulting on building projects and strategy, as well as webmastering. He also works as an undercover sadhu as Technical Director at community radio station KZFR 90.1 fm in Chico.
Mojohito welcomes contact via email through his website.
